I am engaged when the critical levers need to be identified and translated into effective execution.
My History
Network Partner
Geopolitical uncertainty is an advantage.
I am fascinated by the fact that the world's oldest surviving 'organization', the Roman Catholic Church, has existed for nearly 2,000 years, while around half of today's companies do not survive beyond ten years.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed how originally innovative companies fall into the success trap. They continue to focus on what made them successful in the past while the environment around them has already changed.
Today, geopolitical tensions, technological disruption, speed and complexity continue to increase. Supply chains are shifting, markets are changing and new dependencies are emerging. At the same time, these developments create new opportunities for organizations that perceive change early, act decisively and continuously evolve.
I help companies understand what is changing, identify emerging technological and entrepreneurial opportunities, and translate strategic direction into consistent execution.
I recognize the critical levers that enable companies to realize their full potential and act with dignity, overall responsibility and integrity. Because:
Technology changes.
Markets change.
Organizations change.
Truth remains.
«We should have the confidence to rely on the truth.»

Focus on the Critical Success Factors.
I work with a leadership instrument I developed myself, the RE-T-Cockpit®. It is a scientifically grounded leadership instrument designed to guide change and transformation initiatives. It creates orientation under complexity, supports sound decision-making and enables consistent execution.
The methodology is based on the analysis of key success factors behind successfully implemented industrial transformations, including at Tata Steel, Mitsubishi Corporation and Lufthansa.
The RE-T-Cockpit® helps organizations maintain operational effectiveness while driving strategic development, identify the critical levers for success and manage transformation in a structured and purposeful way.
I developed the RE-T-Cockpit® at the University of St.Gallen as part of the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES-HSG). Since then, I have continuously refined the instrument through practical application.
The RE-T-Cockpit® is a registered trademark of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI).
Faster access to Future Technologies.
Technology is evolving faster than ever before and continuously changing the way companies develop their products, processes and business models.
At the same time, technology should not become an end in itself. Its true value emerges where it enables organizations to manage complexity more effectively, relieve people from repetitive tasks and create new entrepreneurial opportunities.
RE Industries supports companies in gaining early access to relevant future technologies, start-ups and new solution approaches through Venture Clienting. The objective is to make external innovation systematically usable for industrial applications and to transfer technological developments more rapidly from theory into real industrial impact.
The focus lies on concrete industrial use cases with direct market relevance. This enables new technologies to be evaluated under real conditions, validated more rapidly and further developed in a targeted manner without extensive upfront investments, equity participation or lengthy internal development cycles.
Venture Clienting enables companies to adopt new technologies in a practical, faster and lower-risk way.
As part of a project with ETH Zurich, Chair of Entrepreneurship, and in exchange with Imperial College London, RE Industries explored international Venture Clienting approaches and their transfer into industrial application environments.
This is built on a foundation of technological understanding, industrial experience and the ability to execute strategic initiatives consistently under demanding conditions.
Stronger Together.
Growth does not come from internal efforts alone. More often, it emerges where complementary strengths come together.
Acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships can unlock new capabilities, consolidate markets and create sustainable competitive advantages.
My work includes the development and execution of M&A strategies, Buy & Build programs, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, as well as the integration and further development of the organizations that result from them.
This work is grounded in more than 20 years of industrial experience and a deep interest in the value drivers behind successful Buy & Build strategies. Additional insights were gained through the supervision of two research projects at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), School of Management, Chair of Entrepreneurial Finance led by Prof. Dr. Dr. Ann-Kristin Achleitner.

Selected Leadership Engagements
Transformation of an international Automotive Components Manufacturer
An international Tier 1 automotive supplier with annual revenues of approximately EUR 500 million successfully develops and manufactures components and assemblies for conventional engine and powertrain systems. As new technologies emerge and electrification gains momentum, a strategic question arises: how must the company's product portfolio and capabilities evolve to remain competitive in the markets of tomorrow?
Transformation of an international manufacturer of High-Performance Components
An international industrial group with annual revenues of approximately EUR 400 million develops and manufactures complex high-performance components for demanding mobility applications across multiple sectors. Regulatory changes and geopolitical developments fundamentally reshape market conditions. Established markets come under increasing pressure, while new growth opportunities emerge. The objective is to systematically align the product portfolios of the group's international subsidiaries with these changing market dynamics and to firmly establish differentiated growth strategies across the organization.
CEO ad interim of an ETH robotics start-up
A newly established technology company originating from ETH Zurich possesses a promising robotics technology and deep technical expertise in the fields of computer vision, edge computing, and artificial intelligence. At the same time, it lacks operational experience in company building, a scalable business model, and the foundations required for successful fundraising. The challenge is to transform technological excellence into a market-ready business, establish clear strategic priorities, and create the foundation for sustainable growth and the next financing round.
Joint Venture development in india
New environmental regulations in India drive increasing demand for technologies that meet future regulatory requirements. While a German industrial company possesses the required technology, it lacks direct access to the Indian market. At the same time, an established Indian market player has long-standing customer relationships and excellent market access but does not possess the necessary technology. The challenge is to combine the complementary strengths of both companies in a joint venture and create the foundation for a successful market entry and sustainable growth in the Indian market.
