I operate at the intersection of technology, leadership and industrial reality. What particularly fascinates me is how companies can remain capable of acting, continue to evolve and stay operationally effective under increasing complexity.
With a background in engineering, business administration and finance, I combine technological understanding with entrepreneurial thinking and international industrial experience. This enables me to quickly grasp complex technological and industrial environments, collaborate with technical experts on eye level and translate strategic initiatives into concrete execution.
My particular strength lies in recognizing the few critical levers that enable a company to realize its full potential. I act with dignity, overall responsibility and integrity, striving to create sustainable results while bringing people along the journey.
Over the past 23 years, I have worked across Europe, Asia and the United States in a variety of leadership and transformation situations. These included international market development, the establishment of industrial activities in Asia, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, M&A projects as well as technology-driven growth initiatives. In addition, I served as CEO of an ETH Zurich robotics start-up and supported organizations through demanding phases of development.
Today, I support companies as an execution partner, interim executive and at board and leadership level. At the core lies orientation under complexity, responsible decision-making and the consistent connection between direction and execution.
