The RE‑T‑Cockpit® is a scientifically founded management tool for steering complex transformation initiatives within organizations. It is based on an analysis of internationally successful transformation processes and was developed by Michael Rinner as part of his master’s thesis at the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland. The brand is registered with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI).
